Program Requirements:

Basketball Junkie
You don’t have to play, but you live the game—studying it, following it, and loving it. We want someone who brings energy, insight, and a true passion for basketball.

Brand Advocate
Be the voice of LBB. Share our message with confidence, highlight our athlete development programs, promote our services, and rep our merch with pride.

Content Creator
Produce original, high-quality content that resonates with hoopers and fans. Post consistently (2–3 times per week) on Instagram to keep the community engaged.

Reliable & Accountable
Follow through on commitments, meet deadlines, and represent the brand with integrity. We’re looking for someone we can truly count on.

Active & Engaged
Show up for the community create regular content, host pick up runs/coaching clinics and help drive authentic connections.

Coachable
Take feedback in stride, stay hungry to learn, and grow both as a creator and a brand ambassador.
